What you have to put together is seat, pedals(square one,literally only two pedals), handle, front wheel.
The degree of difficulty(in a way of order);front>wheel>handle>pedals>seat. As I was a beginner of assembling a bike and not good at English(difficulty in understanding instruction manual), it took 7 hours to assemble the bike lol. It was absolutely sucks. you sure can do it faster than me.
I saved about 55$ cost of assembling a bike at a bike shop, and got to know a little bit how the bike is organized. (If you are a totally new to the bike like me, I strongly suggest you go to bike shop and get an assembling service.) And I agree the seat is quite uncomfortable. And there is no bike bell in the box.
