I’m one of those middle-aged athletes who doesn’t like to admit that she’s aging. So when I was told I might have to stop playing my sports becasue of a shoulder injury, immediately I opted for another course of action.
I met with my physical therapist and he gave me some home exercises that included the foam roller and I’m working on getting back to my pre-injury status. It’s easy and wonderful.
