It’s mean Yogitoes Skidless Premium Mat-Size Yoga Towel. And why i say this awesome for Hot Yoga?

This is a great and much needed product for any hot yogi! I practice hot yoga, and am an avid fan of hot vinyasa/power yoga. I generally start out with my regular Manduka mat, and add the yogitoes mat towel once I can’t grip the regular mat.

On occasion, I start out with the yogitoes mat, and just sprinkle water where my feet are when in downward facing dog to help grip to the mat. A great product! I own the orange, lavender, and the water blue.

This thing weighed a ton, had to be dropped off by 2 man UPS team. Solidly built, great bang for the buck. Don’t hesitate. Unless you live in a really small apartment or don’t have the space to really let this thing stretch its legs because it is big.

There are countless excercises you can create forget about the chart it comes with. There are four resistance bands as well, that actually do a good job.
