I’ve got flat feet and over pronate. I’m an avid runner and have had problems with my Brooks Beast insoles tearing up and causing blister. Superfeet solved both. Superfeet are very thin and firm inserts. The top surface is “slick” and allows your sock to slide on the surface, rather than your sock to slide over your skin (no more blisters).
It also seems to give me a bit more spring in my running, maybe because it is so firm. Anyway, don’t hesitate to purchase. Well worth the money. I have already recommended many friends to buy this one.
