I am a 38D and have been breastfeeding for over a year now. This bra has been GREAT!!! If you have ever nursed you know that your breast change a lot throughout the day. This bra held my girls in place so I could actually run. All of my old bras that I used to be able to run in wouldn’t support me like I needed and just moved with my chest rather than keeping my girls from bouncing everywhere. OUCH! I have 4 of these and will keep buying them! I will say that it is true to size and I can run in a 38D but I like running in the 36C size better so NOTHING moves and even though I am in a smaller size I don’t have the little muffin poking out top.
