I was happy with the order process and delivery of this amazing piece of equipment. Some people have said that they had missing parts or scratched pieces – I did not. I do agree that it is a little time consuming to put together – the estimates of an hour to an hour and a half are accurate. However, the machine is well-constructed and the rowing motion is very smooth. The feel is extremely close to that of actual rowing. I highly recommend the Kettler Kadett.
