I bought these gloves for heavy bag training and Krav Maga. They are excellent! It will take a couple hours on the bag to ‘break them in’ just because the outside material will be tight being new. The padding is enough to protect the hands no matter how hard you hit, as well as for light sparring.
Only con is that your hands will heat up quickly in these unless you take them off every so often. I would recommend not tightening the velcro all the way unless you are seriously fighting or sparing. Everlast Pro Style Training Gloves
